I was curious to know if anyone has experience with Eloqua customers in the world of Hotel Management? I’m currently in a cycle with Omni Hotels and they use Micros Systems Opera (http://www.micros.com/Solutions/HotelsAndResorts/ChainHotels/ChainHotels.htm) for their CRM and Property Management. I was curious to see if anyone was familiar with this product and if Eloqua could possibly integrate with solution like Opera? We want to emphasize the advantages of custom objects and possibly creating segments in a campaign based on customer information (previous reservations, etc.) that would sync from a platform like Opera into Eloqua.
