Eloqua email ending up in outlook junk

hi,

I was trying to send emails from eloqua and noticed that, all mails address sent to outlook sits in junk folder but when i send it to gmail IDs that won't happen (it comes into inbox).

Is there any settings that can be changed, so that the mail to outlook comes to inbox and not end up in junk mail.
