With 2014 fast approaching and all new campaigns on the horizon for most of us, have you considered that there may be a variety of features and processes within Eloqua that you have yet to investigate? Having only used the platform for the last 3 months, it has been a steep learning curve for me but with every new campaign that I am presented with, a new set of challenges arise which require me to investigate the best possible way of delivering the required results. From complex form processing steps, custom data objects, page tags and redirect links to cloud connectors I have covered a lot of ground within Eloqua. I would be interested in hearing from others as to what features they have found invaluable in the past and whether there are any other hidden gems within the system that need to be uncovered.
