insight is not working

hi,

I am brand new to  Eloqua10,  whenever I click  on insight, it is displaying-

"An ERROR has occurred

Please note that an error has occurred while trying to process your request. If the problem persists, please log into the Eloqua application and click on Reports to access reporting. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Has anyone had this before? Any help would be appreciated.
