We recently started to use Eloqua10 as a company. We imported all of our current sales rep templates into Eloqua with our standard signature(First, Last and Email) and then made the templates available via permissions for Engage users to 'view and edit'. However, we are finding out from our sales group that the signature layout we designed in our new Eloqua rep templates that are available in Engage are not editable by the sales reps in Engage. Yes, the signature we added to each template does pull the sales rep first and last name and email, but our sales reps like to add more of their, 'credentials' shall we say (logo, mobile, personal link, job title, etc), to the basic signature we initially incorporated in.
We might just want to remove the signature feature from all the engage templates and let the sales reps add their own and customize it themselves. Is there a way to tell E10 to remove the signature from ALL engage templates?
Any ideas here folks? We DO NOT want to go into over 125 engage templates and manually delete the signature feature of every...single...one....
