Need to create Event form with unique Access code in thank you mail

1.     Requirement: Event Form and Webinar form

• Business Case

Needs to register participants for each of its events. Each event will have the same form fields, but will have different dates, titles and details. The list for each event needs to be tracked separately from each other event.  Need the thank you page to serve up a new access code after each form submission

• Required Behavior

1. User’s information should be pre-filled if it is a returning user
2. User completes form
3. System sends a thank you email to user with event details. Need the thank you page to serve up a new access code after each form submission for free tickets to an upcoming event. Each access code can only be used once, so every submission must return a new, unused code
4. System adds user’s information to a list corresponding to the event name
5. System sends user a reminder email on specified date with event details
6. System sends user a follow up email on specified date
