Hi,
I am using sending a Custom Data Object record to a Program builder that calls a custom event and external call to create a task in Salesforce.com.
It used to work fine earlier, but recently I observed that
- The Task creation External Call creates the Task in Salesforce.com, but it does not populate the Subject, Description and does not map the task to the account.
- But if I use the explicit ‘test external call’ for the External Call, it creates the task and maps all relevant fields including Subject, Description and also maps it to the account. This shows that the mapping is setup correctly. So I am not able to pin point what is the reason for this call to not work when it is called via the Program.
Has someone faced a similar issue? Is there something that I may have missed in config?
