Due to high volume of no-shows for live, instructor-led courses in recent months, a strict policy will be in effect starting January 1, 2015.
- What does this mean for you? Starting January 1, 2015, students who fail to attend TWO classes without prior notification will have their All Access Education Pass temporarily suspended.
- What happens if your account is suspended? You will receive an email after missing a session, and after the second missed session your account will be automatically suspended. To reinstate your account, please contact our Help Desk directly at eloqua-university_ww@oracle.com. If your account is suspended more than once, you will need to contact your Account Manager to resolve.
- How Can I Avoid Suspension? To avoid suspension, please withdraw from any class you do not plan to attend at least 24 hours in advance. As a courtesy to others, it's always best to provide as much notice as possible so that those searching for upcoming courses may attend in your place. You can find instructions here for how to drop a session. If you have any trouble withdrawing online, or you are within 24 hours of your class start time, simply email our Help Desk at eloqua-university_ww@oracle.com to request you be removed.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy is not meant to punish, but to help us better manage our schedule and provide the best experience for our learners. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly at eloqua-university_ww@oracle.com. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you in class!
