What does one month mean in Eloqua?

By this I mean on the campaign canvas.

I had a form submitted at Monday 10:03AM on March 25

This led to a wait step of 1 Month before the next email was sent to the contact.

This email was sent Wednesday 08:00PM on April 24.

This is 30 days and 10 hours later.

So is one month in Eloqua = 30 hours and 10 hours or has it got something to do with the actual month. I don't really want my emails going out at 8 in the evening, which I know I can solve with the Scheduling, but I am interested in how Eloqua is coded for Month time periods.

Anyone know?
