Images aren't displaying on Landing Page in Eloqua when viewing internally

We use Firefox as our browser for Eloqua.  We have an issue where a user created a landing page in Eloqua that contains images that aren't displaying, but it’s clear the images are on the page.  We contacted Oracle Support and their response is they think the issue has to do with our internal servers.  Although their response is a bit vague:

Thank you for contacting support. I have verified that I am able to see these images on my end. Are you able to see the images when you are on an internet connection disconnected from your company's internet. If so, then it is likely an issue with your internal servers      that can be rectified by having your IT team match their internal servers with the external servers (the images seem to appear there.)

I then tested viewing the landing page using my Verizon MiFI and I could see the images.  When viewed internally, all you can see is the text and no images.

We had our network team take a look to see if our firewall might be blocking this and they couldn't find anything.  They tried using Chrome and the images showed as small thumbnail images but we were not able to expand them.  It does work outside of our network connectivity, but we are all at a loss as to what is causing this.  Has anyone experienced similar issues, and if so, what did you do to resolve it?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you!
