Any input is welcomed and very much appreciated. I'm learning Eloqua, trial-by-fire style.
I'm managing several newsletter campaigns that will soon be employing dynamic content into designated modules of the newsletter body. Within these campaigns there can be upwards of 90 segmentation's depending on the membership level and status of the contacts within my database. The introduction of dynamic content is also going to add to the many many variations of the Newsletters. The client is asking to be able to "keyword tag" their newsletters, or its articles, to gain a high-level snapshot of the performance of material being consumed by their database and also be able to then segment against it for future targeting. Examples of the tagging could be industry vertical, products, training material etc. which would represent the content in the newsletter tactic. I'm somewhat familiar with Page Tagging but am wondering if there's a way to create keyword tags at a more granular level as the client is requesting. To sum up my question - Can I assign keywords to each Newsletter (based on its content), collect those data points for each contact, report out on them, then later segment against them for advanced targeting?
