We have recently rolled out Engage to a small group of our Sales users. They had an example today where they wanted the person they were sending the email to to have the ability to see others that were copied on the same email.
The situation is a prospect that involves 3 people and they will be meeting with this sales person and their vice president. The email would have given the specifics of the meeting and she wanted to CC all three people attending the meeting as well as the VP and wanted all of them to see that they had all received the same email.
I have searched Topliners and do not see that this functionality is currently available.
If not, do others have the same request? If it is doable, can someone share how this is done?
