How to get all kinds of objects from Bulk APIs 2.0?

Hi all,

I'm working to integrate with Bulk APIs 2.0 to get data of all objects. From the document, I find that Contacts, Accounts, CustomObjects and Activities are the major kinds of objects.

But I don't know whether they are all or only part of the objects.

So, could you please show me where I could get the kind list for all objects?

I would do coding work soon, so any suggestion would be expected.
