No, all Eloqua hosted landing pages will be available throughout the update process.  A full summary of what to expect while your database is being updated is available here.

Will the current URLs for the landing pages continue to work?

Yes, the current URLs will continue to work in Eloqua10.
Dedicated confirmation pages are going away. Does that mean I cannot create multiple customer confirmation pages? In Eloqua10, you'll be able to use any landing pages as a  confirmation page. You can still use multiple custom confirmation pages. However, the subscription management center is not in Eloqua10. Each form can have it's own confirmation page.

Will there be an ability to copy/paste (entire landing pages) and edit landing pages created?Yes. You can upload landing pages directly into Eloqua10 and modify them using our Custom HTML editor.  Within the application you can freely copy emails and landing pages and edit your copies.

When it states forms/landing pages will be flattened. If they are hosted on our own pages, will they also be affected in any way?Your forms will not be flattened so you can still edit them in Eloqua10. Landing pages will be converted to be editable in the full-source HTML editor only. It will not impact the way the page is rendered to the end user but it means future edits can only be made in HTML and not via the drag-and-drop WYSIWYG ed
Can I use Cloud Components on migrated landing pages?Cloud Components (including the Form Population Cloud Component) will not be compatible with legacy, migrated, Landing Pages. Cloud Components can only be used on new Landing Pages created on Eloqua10. If visitor data needs to be collected on form submit in migrated assets please use Web Data Lookups.
