I'm working on an email with instructions on how to update a piece of software which includes text referencing the customers' C:\ drive.
Problem is that every time I put the backslashes in my email and hit "save" - they disappear! I've tried adding \ to the source code which is HTML for the backslash and that will cause them to appear...until I hit save when they go away again.
I've been able to use backslashes before in other clients; not sure why Eloqua's WYSIWYG is having such an issue with them. This is just text in HTML, no links or anything, nothing fancy. Anyone have any ideas? I'm in E10.
