How to set the lead score via API

Hi

We use the REST API to send contact updates into Eloqua from a PHP-based system, which is working fine. However, we now need the ability to recycle a lead back from our external system and set the lead score back within Eloqua.

Is there a way of doing this via an API? Specifically, is there a way of doing it from PHP?
