Which option do you choose based on the described scenario about forms and lead scoring? Choice 1 or Choice 2

In our lead scoring model, I want to give score to the visitors (in engagement section) who have watched our online demo for separate product categories (Product A and B, C and D). At the moment we are using one form to register all visitors who watch any of our product demo of any product categories.

The current situation in Eloqua:

Choice1: The usual method of creating separate forms for each product category and scoring the activity based on the form submission. (The possible disadvantage: The forms might need to be updated if changes happen in future so more work.)

Choice2: Creating a separate campaign for those watched one of the product demo for one of categories (A and B, C and D). In other words, one campaign for product A, one campaign for product B and so on. Then we can use "responded to campaign" option in engagement section of the lead scoring to score the activity. We have already tried this option but Eloqua does not calculate the given scores to the leads in each campaign. It seems the activities will be measured from the moment the campaign is active and the previous actions do not get  scored.  Do you also have any idea what we can do to let the scores calculated?

Thank you!
